Features

A new high-quality extra virgin olive oil with Protected Geographical Indication: it is made from a selection of olives produced in Lazio, a region in the heart of Italy. It is fruity on the nose, with varying intensity and strong notes of tomato, artichoke, almond, and herbaceous notes. Bitterness and pungency on the palate are of varying intensity with, again, vegetable notes of tomato, artichoke, almond and herbaceous notes.
This oil is perfect for traditional Italian cuisine, including Roman cuisine, which has always been based on simple and natural dishes where extra virgin olive oil is the protagonist.
